CNC

To the left we have Cecilia.

She was a working water font statue built for a production of Much Ado.

The model started with a 3D model that was found online. I then added custom piping and structure to the model.

We then sliced the model using Fusion 360 and output the individual slices to a CNC that cut the over 400 pieces out of 1/8″ pvc sheet. This way the sculpture would be light and water proof. The slices were individually glued together with tubing running through the jug and the hand to pour water into the fountain.

For a production of Cylbourne Park

The parquet style floor was cut from 1/4″ MDF with a majority of the floor being 4’x4′ tiles and custom edge pieces around the outside.

I created the 3D model for the stone fireplace and we then cut the piece on the CNC from 2″ insulation foam. This gave the pieces a lot of variance that is highly time consuming when making the bricks by hand.
